be prepared to make the following changes

regards local letters

and postal communications exchanged with the Philippine

Islands .

4 cents.

To transmit #oz. Books and

Packets or Samples of Merchandise

at a charge of 14 cents, the charges for Newspapers and Prices Current remaining

at 2 cents.

view to prevent the same correspondence being charged with HongKong

Postage at

will be prepared to enter into arrangement at once equitable

on local letters o

the postage between Hongtong and Manila, shall be paid at the respective places at the time of posting, each Test Office delivering the

correspondence which it receives from the other fee of all pestage charges - that is to say. - the Hongking Gost Office will

deliver without charge all letters,
